Esee 5 & 6, RAT5-7 & AK5,6,8 Handles

Very good quality scales. Fit perfectly and transformed this knife into my permanent edc fixed blade. Just enough swell where your palm lands for a little bit of extra grip and comfort. Definitely better than the micarta frag pattern scales which are too thin in my opinion. Worth every penny.

Perfect fit flush not only with Handle Back but sheath itself. The new Falkniven locking sheath is awesome in simplicity durability and practicality but very poorly accommodates any changes to the knife handle if one wishes to maintain the factory sheath. This is due to a very narrow margin of clearance with the handle slabs and the sheath.The choice of Micarta as a strong and highly durable material for knife slabs which can maintain its strength even when thin was optimal. These linen micarta scales are unpolished - a personal preference of mine as this adds to a non slip grip even when wet. Excellent material nice aesthetics and presently the only aftermarket alternative for the S1X.

Scales look and feel great. The contouring and added thickness of the scales make the knife more comfortable to use.
