The fit is perfect! The texture of the scales are much better than the original micarta when they’re dry. I look forward to this summer in the woods and hunting this fall!! Great job!
The original fasteners were difficult to find the correct bit for but I made it work and that problem was obviously not the fault of the new scales!!

Like some folks, I was a bit let down by the stock scales on the Ursus Cub. I'm not a fan of undersized stock scales that leave the tang of the knife protruding all around. These Carroll scales got me excited about the knife. Perfect fit all around. Love the palm swell and the texturing and extension over the lanyard hole. My only nitpick is the center handle bolt is recessed further than the others but I've already forgotten about it..
White River makes an awesome blade and these Carroll scales complete it.
